Tola Yoga Fundamentals & Prime Classes

Everybody knows my religion, right? Another day, another workout….that’s weekends too!

So if you’re anywhere near DTLA this Saturday or Sunday, come take a Tola Yoga Fundamentals class (great for beginners) at 8:30am, or the more challenging Tola Yoga Prime class at 10am.

And if you’re looking for something to do afterward, expand your ink culture horizons with Tattoo: An Exhibition at the Natural History Museum (a few miles south near USC). Peace – R

Tola Yoga finale extols Launch & Let Go

In our Tola Yoga finale of 2017, we could have been laser-focused on sending out boatloads of Love & Light. But I wanted to praise the mighty powers of two other L words that can really change your life.  Launch & Let Go.

As we began our challenging yoga workout, I told my amazing students to focus their energies on launching, i.e., beginning, three new things in the first three months of 2018. It doesn’t matter what they are, as long as they serve you well. Like a daily fitness program or a volunteer opportunity. Plus, everybody knows that good things come in three’s, right?

And more importantly, let go, i.e., take out the machete and whack it off, that one thing that REALLY doesn’t serve you well. Like a shitty boyfriend or a dead-end job.

So kudos to all the courageous souls who L&L in the New Year and change their lives for the better.  You deserve it.

Have a safe and Happy New Year everyone!  Peace – R

Tola Talks Up Close & Personal with Co-Host Vi

It’s get super hot in The Valley when Tola Talks up close and personal with co-host Vi about phone sex, Mukbang, non-traditional dating, crappy first dates and why white boys love chocolate.

We also pay tribute to musical sensations Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift, as well as the five ex-Presidents and the Major League Baseball pennant champions, the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Houston Astros.

Not to mention Vi’s year-long abstinence and Rich’s unrequited love when “the player gets played”.  Tune-in below or subscribe on iTunes,  Google Play or Stitcher. Have an awesome day everyone! Peace – R

Tola Talks all things Millennial with Hollywood Writer, Ben Smith

Another great show on Columbus Day talking all things millennial with my good friend and Hollywood writer, Ben Smith.

Since moving to LA LA Land eight years ago, Ben has managed to survive by developing websites while pursing his passion as a screenwriter. He’s also become a much better writer and continues to hone his craft by taking show-runner classes at UCLA.

As a follow-up to last week’s “If I Were President”, I would raise the Federal Minimum Wage and require our unemployed receiving benefits to get their hands dirty, helping America achieve the cleanest streets in the world…no doubt!

In other news, Tola Talks Hollywood movies and gives a 5-star review to George Clooney’s The Ides of March, bestows the The Get Your Shit Together Award to a Judge in Michigan, plus “nudge” theory with this year’s winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in Economic Sciences.

Check it out below…and remember to get your workout in! Peace – R

Tola Talks with Actress/Producer, Stephanie Drapeau

Kudos to re-launch of Tola Talks…we had a titillating show yesterday talking Hollywood film and TV roles with the lovely and talented, Stephanie Drapeau.

Plus, before I introduce Stephanie at 27:41 minutes, I kick-off the show with some Presidential advice on how to solve homelessness and get every United States resident off the streets. I also give out the Get Your Shit Together Award to none other than The Trump Administration.

We also observe a moment of silence for the victims and families of those who perished or were injured in Las Vegas in the worst mass shooting in our nation’s history, as well as for the way-too-early passing of one the great rock-and-roll legends of all time, Tom Petty.

Thanks for listening, and have an awesome day! Peace – R
