Today we’re talking about the 10th leading cause of death in the United States: suicide. To put it bluntly – and I say this numerous times on the show – suicide sucks so don’t f**king do it! Because not only does it eliminate nearly 50,000 lives every year, that’s 1 death every 11 minutes, it has far-reaching impacts including serious emotional, physical and economic costs to society. With depression and anxiety among teens and young adults at an all time high, especially with the fear mongering from COVID and Omicron, suicide has to be thwarted and stopped. Not to mention that anxiety affects 1/3 of adults and adolescents in the United States today, further complicating matters. And kudos to all schools K-12 for their prevention efforts against bullying and other forms of abuse that adversely affect students of all ages. So what should you do if you’re anxious and distraught: save yourself with fitness and yoga, and more specifically, come take my https://thejeffreyfoundation.org/newsletter/essay-about-art-in-our-life/17/ follow cs106a assignments https://academicminute.org/paraphrasing/aba-therapist-resume-autism/3/ get link how to mla bibliography essays on the meaning and importance of music click https://dnaconnexions.com/last/safe-to-take-cialis-without-ed/25/ cialis peligroso watch dream job essay outline https://smartfin.org/science/cialis-5-mg-2013/12/ https://ramapoforchildren.org/youth/contrast-essay-examples/47/ https://homemods.org/usc/narrative-essay-help/46/ https://abt.edu/bestsellers/viagra-interaction-coumadin/22/ baytril for rats online watch prendere viagra 20 anni dissertation apa style format how can i edit an email on my ipad viagra party pics go here https://drtracygapin.com/erections/abilify-and-venlafaxine/25/ i need an editor for my book enter site follow experimental research title examples go to site essays on womens roles in society accutane and wellbutrin cialis pode ser tomado todo dia Tola Yoga class at Plano Athletic Club starting this Saturday at 12:30p. What if you couldn’t tie your shoelaces or put your daughter’s hair in a braid? This past weekend a 26 year old woman was given a hand transplant during a successful 14 hour operation at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center – the first such transplant in the state of California. To be whole again. And to enjoy the simple things like braiding her daughter’s hair were the young woman’s wishes. Good news followed the operation – she’s already moving her fingers as the donor’s hand “matched beyond expectation”. Although a hand transplant comes with lifelong risks, lead surgeon Dr. Azari said, “The reasonable expectation is she will get sensation back and she will use her hand. So far it looks spot on”. Let’s radiate positive energy for our young woman, and let’s all enjoy the simple things in life. Including our daily 5 minute fat burning workout. Here’s #13. R
