Rich has been teaching his unique workout style of Yoga since becoming a certified teacher in 2006, and has taught more than 25,000 students in over 2,000 classes throughout the United States.

Tola Yoga workouts & lessons are 5-to-45 minutes long and all classes incorporate 5 key elements: Yoga Stretches, Abdominals, Core Strengthening, Balancing and Foundation Poses.
